Project management is the process of leading the work of a team to achieve goals and meet success criteria at a specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints.
This course is a result of project management experience, identifying, analyzing and assessing various project risks. This course will explain what is a risk as well as what techniques can be used in order to identify risks. I will also share sample risk lists from several projects I worked on and discuss them in detail.
